Cosmic Shimmer Clear Varnish Lacquer is a clear water based glaze. Use the fine nozzle to create raised lines, shapes and dots. By using a soft flat brush this product can also be brushed over craftwork to create a glossy varnished glaze. To create an iridescent effect, mix with Cosmic Shimmer Mica Powders. 30ml pot.
