Cosmic Shimmer Flake & Glitter Glue is a smooth, fluid adhesive that remains tacky when applied to any craft surface, until a medium is fixed to it. The Flake & Glitter Glue Highlighter allows detailed areas of an image or project to be highlighted using an integral ultra-fine brush. Once clear (rather than blue) cover highlighted areas with Cosmic Shimmer Gilding Flakes, Glitter or Mica Flakes to produce sparkling stamped designs.
